- To become the strategic leader, key focus and principal bi-partite voice of the industry sectors represented by the Business Services Industry Skills Board SA (BSISB) in matters relating to their workforce development.
- To have built a reputation as a professionally managed, responsive, high profile Industry Skills Board valued by industry and influencing Government policy and direction relating to workforce development in the Business Services Sector.
- Establish a strong, well-networked Industry Advisory Board with appropriate standing/reference committees.
- Establish funding streams independent of the base funding from the South Australian Government, that exploit State and Federal Government funding for workforce development consistent with the objectives outlined in the Constitution.
