When first endorsed the Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) contained qualifications for the Real Estate and Stock and Station Agency sectors. It was later extended to include the Spatial Information Services Sector (2002), the Business Broking sector (2003) and in 2004 the Property Operations and Development sector.

Qualifications for the Disability Access Consulting sector are currently in development. The Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) contains 15 qualifications across 5 sectors.

The Asset Security Training Package (PRS03) was endorsed in March 2003. It is a fully reviewed and revised version of the original PRS98 Training Package.
